Returns and Exchanges
If you are looking to return or exchange your order eg. accidentally ordered the wrong size, item or colour, or faulty product item, we are here to help!
We will accept returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
• All item must be return back within 14 workings days upon item received.
• Return with prove of purchase (eg.invoice/cash bill/bank in slip/order no.)
• All items must in original condition, unused with original tags/label attached
• All items must be returned to a store of the same brand.
Exclude for below items:
• Second
• Sales/Clearance Stock
• Personalised/Custom-made products
• Loose carton item – applicable for flooring item only.

**If all returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shiping Cost & Courier Service Provided:
• Malaysia’s Delivery:
Malaysia orders are shipped using Poslaju/Gdex/DHL courier. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on quantity or weight & shipping location.
• International Delivery:
All international order are shipped using GDEX/DHL courier. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based quantity or weight & shipping location, alternatively please email or call our office for further clarification.

2.Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an order number once your order has been confirmed via email.
• By Shipment Carrier:
Once items are ready to ship we will update the tracking number via email. All shipment details will be stated clearly in the email for your further tracking.
• Own Collection:
Please contact or email to our office for further arrangement of goods collection.

3.Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 workings days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us via below email/telephone/Whatsapp.

4.Damages
IDea Home Enterprise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
